Delivery & Installation

Patterson's Home Appliance Center provides normal installation to install most appliances for a minimum fee. Normal installation includes delivery and installing/connecting the new appliance and the removal and haul away of the old appliances. New water lines, cords, and vents are also included in the delivery fee. Pattersons will not be responsible for performing any plumbing or electrical work, or modifications made to cabinets, countertops, and floors. Installation for built-in appliances such as wall ovens and cooktops will be the responsibility of the homeowner. The homeowner is responsible for making sure the utilities (water and electrical) in the home are in good working order prior to delivery and installation. The homeowner is also responsible for making sure the appliances will fit through the doors/hallways and in the space provided prior to installation. Pattersons will not take off door frames or other fixtures in the home to enter the home. Additional delivery/install fee will be incurred should Pattersons be required to return to connect the appliance after the first attempt. Pattersons will not be responsible for reinstallation of the old appliances in a different location. Pattersons has the right to refuse installation should it be considered an unsafe, hazardous, or hostile situation.

Once installed, it is the customer's responsibility to inspect the appliances and note any problems on the delivery ticket. If the appliances are dropped off at the home, the customer must inspect the boxes for any damage at the time of delivery. If damage is suspected, the customer can request the delivery team to open the carton so any damage can be determined. The customer has the right to refuse the appliance at time of delivery. Once the appliance is installed or dropped off and the delivery document signed, the homeowner assumes ownership of the appliance and accepts the terms and conditions of the manufacturer's warranty which will take effect at that time.

Warranty

You can't put a price on peace of mind. Our Expert Protection packages offer extended service plans for your purchase after the manufacturer warranty runs out. Extended service plans can prove invaluable if the product requires repair or replacement parts.
